Reststop is targeting WCAG 2.2 AA and a practical mobile experience for people using touch, keyboard, screen readers or zoomed text.
Core commitments
Search, filters, result cards and location details should remain usable without relying on pointer hover, colour alone or precise interaction with map pins.
- A readable result list provides equivalent location actions.
- Keyboard focus does not move or recenter the map.
- Primary mobile controls target generous touch sizes and spacing.
- Status uses text and icons as well as colour.
Map alternatives
If WebGL, map tiles, geolocation or JavaScript are unavailable, the facility list and directions links should remain usable.

Accessibility issues should be reported with the page, device and assistive technology involved so they can be reproduced and corrected.
